Nimbus recommends a preventative maintenance program to ensure system reliability and to make sure your system is providing the finest water quality at all times. Systems are serviced on a regular basis depending on location requirements. Maintenance agreements can be all inclusive of service calls, filters, parts and truck charges and can include any additional service calls and/or parts as required.
Maintenance calls are pre-scheduled to accommodate any special time requirements. Nimbus has a full time service department, 24 hour emergency number and certified service team.
Nimbus has the largest team of certified staff by the Canadian Water Quality Association in the province of Ontario. All service calls are processed by our head office and our team is bondable, GPS monitored and managed by our team of service co-coordinators.
